It was a nice ride to the and back
Good service as promised
Bus left 35 mins late, with no explanation or apology offered by the staff or driver. And the inside of the bus smelled like sewage - passengers were complaining out loud. Very unpleasant.
Good service. Seats are not much comfortable though.
There was a severe thunderstorm going on and even though we were under a covered area the driver never thought to offer to load the bus Even though he was ready and the line was long he didn't load until 5:45 and shouted this bus isn't stopping in Worcester it is direct to Boston. Customer service goes a long way. Word of mouth (smile)
The bus was very comfortable and arrived early!
All good, but wifi did not work for me.
Good trip , driver was on time and got us to Boston on time . The bus was older so seats were run down and bathroom could use attention
Excellent service. Would definitely use again (and recommend to others). The departure (and subsequent arrival at destination) was only ten minutes late. Not critical or bothersome (for me and/or my travelling companion). The only improvement I woul like to see is the allocation of seats at time of booking. The first coach destined for Boston filled quickly, requiring me to remove our heavier bags from the ‘hold’, and then transfer to another coach (apparently put into service extemporaneously), and join the rear of the new queue. I was not able to be seated with my companion. Allocating a seat number at time of booking/purchase of fares would obviate this inconvenience. Overall a pleasant and good value for money mode of transport.
It was great. Just hoping bus can be cleaned up a lot more.
The weather was bad, no big deal. Good driver and service.
Comfortable and smooth ride, slight delay in leaving was made up for. Driver had good sense of humour.
The staff was great but the bus was wicked late.
I usually have nothing but good things to say about Peter Pan, but today i had a bad experience, the bus driver i had on my trip today was very rude off the bat, but during the trip there was an elderly woman on the bus that the driver spoke very rudely too twice throughout the trip, she was sitting peacefully in her seat and then was asked, in a very rude tone to get up and move to the front of the bus (by the driver) so that two people could sit together, she explained that she had a bad back and she was comfortable where she was. After she had told the bus driver that he walked away and rolled his eyes and then continued to talk about the elderly woman to other passengers
Was impressed with service. I wasn’t expecting to have free drop off at the Logan airport. It was timely and stress free
i booked to boston airport and was only taken to boston
Bus was late and the driver kept singing loudly and out of tune.
Outgoing bus was not too clean
