There was a severe thunderstorm going on and even though we were under a covered area the driver never thought to offer to load the bus
Even though he was ready and the line was long he didn't load until 5:45 and shouted this bus isn't stopping in Worcester it is direct to Boston.
Customer service goes a long way. Word of mouth (smile)

On the way there the bus smelled overwhelming like urine. It was pouring rain and the roof was leaking on me and 2 other passengers. There were no other available seats to move to that weren't completely soaked. When I arrived in boston my clothes were soaking wet. It was a terrible experience. The bus on the way home was beautiful and comfortable. I don't understand how that was ok. It was pouring inside the bus. The smell was horrible.
