Ebus BC Calgary Golden recent customer reviews
I am very disappointed with my experience with Ebus today.
My scheduled departure time was 8:15 a.m. from Calgary. Due to unexpected heavy traffic, I arrived at the station at approximately 8:13 a.m. As I approached the bus, the driver saw me but chose not to open the door and drove away, leaving me behind. As a result, I lost $92 and had to make other travel arrangements.
I understand that schedules are important and that buses cannot wait indefinitely. However, customer service also requires reasonable judgment and compassion. I was only moments away, and the driver clearly saw me trying to board. Waiting just a few seconds would not have significantly affected the schedule, but it would have made a huge difference for a paying customer.
Unexpected traffic is something that can happen to anyone, especially after a workday. We are all human, and a small act of understanding can go a long way.
I hope Ebus reviews this incident and provides additional customer service training to its drivers so they can balance punctuality with professionalism and empathy. I also encourage the company to review its boarding procedures to ensure customers are treated fairly in situations like this.
I have used bus services expecting reliable transportation and respectful customer care. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations, and I hope Ebus takes this feedback seriously to improve its service
