Very friendly staff and nice ride

The bus was extremely shaky. Felt like it needed balancing or an alignment. Imagine vibrating for a 7 hour bus ride. I had a migraine when it was done
Every trip I took was great except for bathroom on bus. Was so smelly and made me feel sick for hours. But lady driver was very nice and helpful.
Enjoy the service The drivers are very friendly n courteous. Especially Mr Mcnabb

Not impressed with the bus my wife and I switched to in Edmonton. The washroom was OUT OF ORDER... I have a bladder problem so it was very uncomfortable at times

Station staff were friendly and doing their best to be helpful but most of the bus amenities promised (electrical outlet, wifi) were not available and no reason for the lack was given. At the Edmonton transfer station the only available vegetarian food was chips and chocolate bars. The bus left a half hour late from the transfer station and driver did not communicate the situation with passengers before parking for around 45 minutes in a mechanics parking lot as well as a couple more detours along the way when he finally told us he was trying to fix the broken wheelchair lift. The other food stop on the drive was a pizza place which also had no vegetarian food. When we arrived in Saskatoon an hour and a half late we were dropped off at gas station on the outskirts of the city and told this was now the bus stop as the grey hound station had closed. A taxi estimate to the downtown area cost 40 dollars. Several passengers were very confused and frustrated at being left so far from town and for those trying to organize pick ups the clerk wae unable to tell us the adress of the station. All in all, greyhound shows very little respect to travellers and is only in buisness in the west as they have no competition.
wifi is imaginary, i was sold that there would be wifi but it was as good as nonexistent.
Overall Service was Good, The Bus I was traveling to Saskatoon didn't have USB charger.
The bus has no phone charging and wi-fi facility

I booked the ticket for my daughter Gayathri. I gave my credit card information and address. But apparently the ticket was printed in my name and my daughter had to pay $21 for changing it to her name. I don't know how this happened.

The via station in Edmonton is a mess, but the staff are doing there best to manage.
Your business needs an overhaul, from public relations to facilities. I'm in business; only an observation.
2nd bus didn't have plug-ins. Baggage handler in Calgary very rude.
Bad custumer service I guess I will not use it again
I wish I would have had a table on the seat in front of me.
Our greyhound bus left the terminal to our destination, the bus drivers manger called him and after 20 minutes of driving we turned around because they forgot to wait for a transferring bus. When we got back to the terminal we had to wait 2 and a half hours for not one but 2 other buses. We finally left but that made my next bus behind as well. When we finally got our destination at Saskatoon we were 15 minutes late and our STC bus already left and wouldn't wait so then we had to wait again for a connecting bus. Overall a 12 hour trip took 24 hours!
