Just about perfect bus trip. Comfortable and quiet. Much better than British busses
The driver was excellent. Friendly, helpful and informative.
I liked everything in overall, good buses
Brilliant bus to travel on! Almost felt like a plane!
Couldn’t have been more timely to the minute! But the driver was not courteous when retrieving our luggage!
Bus left 10 minutes late. It would be a good idea to start checking people onto the bus 10 minutes earlier then bus would not have left late
Nice clean comfortable buses. Staff professional. Drivers proficient, competent and safe.
Buen servicio. A tiempo y con seguridad.
Nice bus, kind staff, good idea to serve water and a snack. The delay of arrival is a problem.
A relaxing and economical way to travel.
The bus was dirty, no water was provided and the bathroom was a disaster.
Everything great, thanks
It was a pleasant trip!
Excellent timelines. Drivers should announce in English too.
Nice Multimedia Menu Service...good trip.
The only problem i experienced was being unable to connect to the wifi.
As I am a tall guy I would have liked more space for my legs but it was a standard bus which is good enough.
I lost my bus and I had to buy new tickets but no discount even if the bus was not full. I paid full price for 2. Very bad comunication with the staff. Nobody healps to find the right bus in Delicia estacion. They are all so busy and important and I felt like someone who disturbed them. But I am turist, only English speaker and I need some informations. But the bus and the jurney were very good.
Service was great. Ride was smooth and enjoyable. Alsa is the best!
