Horrible. No type of checks for passengers entering bus. Passenger was able to get beer on the bus and was drunk. He got into a fight with a young man claiming that he was a federal agent. Plug outlets didn't work properly. Very uncomfortable ride.

The first bus. The bus driver did not make the announcement as to what or where we were. When we stopped to pick up or drop off people. Fortunately, many people were paying attention and knew when to get off of the bus.
