Returning from Glasgow, I took flix N30 got off at Birmingham summer row-great street at 4.30am. The bus stop was not a proper stop to drop of passengers at that time of the day and in such weather condition. I was in the rain and in the cold for 4hours plus before I was transferred to flix bus 077 going to Cardiff. I fell ill when i got back home. That was an unfair way to treat humans.
