Bus Tickets from Grande Prairie to Calgary International Airport

Very dissatisfied because the bus that I suppose gonna ride (Canada bus)from Edmonton to calgary did not allow me to get in that’s why I left here in Edmonton .I show my ticket many times but just ignoreuntil now 6:17 pm I stuck here in Edmonton .I’m very disappointed for the very first time I took a bus.🙁🙁☹️ 3 bus I approached but just ignore.bad experience for the Canada bus driver 2:45 Edmonton to calgary cross iron 5;55 schedule

There was an incessant buzzing/humming noise that made it impossible to relax! The air conditioning was good though, and the ride was otherwise comfortable

Didn't even have a chance. Rescheduled twice for 30 something dollars then had a family emergency and didn't call to pay and reschedule because I was focused on a family members emergency. When I called back after they said it was to late and could only of done something if I called and paid before like the other 2 times ahead of my bus departure.

Unfortunately, the replacement crew couldn't make it from Grande Prairie to Houston BC, so we couldn't leave for Grande Prairie, hence I have to rebook my trip, which meant to add an extra $30 dollars to the cost of my ticket, I asked the operator if I could pay the penalty fees and leave my ticket open, and even asked if I could reverse it from Calgary to Grande Prairie for a latter date instead, but the answer was a NO. We are still having issues with the other crew, which could mean another $30 dollars added to the already $180 dollars bus ticket from Grande Prairie to Calgary, amounting to $210 dollars, 11 hours bus ride ticket, which is the equivalent to a 2 hours plane ticket from Grande Prairie to Calgary .
