Very very bad
They have a great option of being picked up at the University in Sudbury then having a no transfer trip all the way to Toronto. The bus was completely full this time though and the wifi did not work for my daughter nor did she have access to an outlet. Generally it has been a great experience though.
I would recommend Greyhound to everyone
Super friendly driver, clean bus, comfortable temperature, and functional (though sometimes slow) wifi. Glad I chose Ontario Northland!
Smooth ride. With WiFi
It was a good trip
Very comfortable seats driver had to drive in a snow storm and did a great job, we were never uncomfortable with the handling of the bus.
First time to use Northland Service. I really enjoyed the ride
The first bus we had was a bit uncomfortable as it was leather seats they seemed to be on the thin side for thickness of the cushion. I couldn't ask for nicer staff to deal with. I haven't rode the bus in a while, but the service hasn't changed. Awesome, keep up the great work!!
Greyhound bus is good. The driver drove well
The bus broke down about 45 minutes into the trip. The driver had to call to get a new bus to continue the trip to Toronto. It took over an hour for the new bus to arrive. We had no heat in the meantime. Needless to say that my schedule was all messed up due to this event. Very disappointed in this trip.
Not bad at all
