There was a man who was talking non-stop to a woman very loud for 4 hours. He was the most disturbing thing beside the fact, the heating system was broken on the bus, there was no fresh air only hot air came in for the whole time...I almost passed out.
We picked up scary individuals at Barrie that were smelly alcoholics one sat next to me and I had to move seats. I thought he had flees or urinated himself. As a woman I don’t feel safe next to a street person very uncomfortable.
great driver very attentive making sure right people got on bus with the tickets - was polite to those who had not purchased tickets and told them to go on line - he was helpful with the blind guy and seeing eye dog - he was courteous - but he could not control the crazy holiday traffic - I have driven this route many times and I found he was an excellent driver
The weather was really bad so it took longer than expected but our bus driver was able to take an alternative route than the highway to bypass the 70+ car pile up on the 400 so I'm so happy we didn't get stuck in that and I made it to my destination !
The amount of disrespect and complete discomfort, I felt on my on ride was very unprofessional. The drivers tone of voice and communication skills were no greater than a 5th grader. Any question I had to ask him was guaranteed to be a very rude/sarcastic answer, as if I was completely stupid to not know everything..as it was my first time on a coach bus. I also have a disability because I endured a severe brain injury in 2012. The driver made me feel stupid, very uncomfortable and was the rudest person/staff member I can ever remember dealing with. Please address this with action or I will be forced to follow up with a more severe action. It was bus #b5606
