Although the station was horrible the people and the bus ride was perfect I would just like for the station to be cleaned and emptied but overall perfect!
The bus driver was very rude and I felt I was discriminated and I was the last to get in the bus , according to him I didn't have the ticket to get in the bus while I but a ticket online .
The communication between staff and customers was unprofessional, not in a timely manner, and unclear.
The bus I took was an hour and a half late but this wasn’t communicated to me.
Bus was late. After boarding the bus and getting on the road the bus kept cutting off. We had to go back to the station. Luckily the staff there already had a bus ready. We were late arriving.
When I arrived at the station in Los Angeles, to take the bus to Bakersfield, I was informed it had come and gone. A full hour and a half before the stated departure time. Not only that, but since I ended up on a later bus, I missed my connection, and had to pay a completely new ticket to my final destination in Fresno, even though it was on the same exact bus. I would not recommend Tufesa. The poor service, lack of communication, and general disinterest in seeing my situation left a very poor taste in my mouth.
I missed my flight from Bakersfield airport because your bus was more than two hour delayed and had to pay an extra $537 to make it to my wedding this week and "upset" can NEVER epitomize the emotion I experienced when I got on the bus late and had to sit at an associate's house all night only to miss the entire wedding and only make it to the reception
