Very crowded. Tiny uncomfortable seats
Worst service I’ve ever encountered.
Ground staff were rude. Bus seats were uncomfortable.
Waited hours for the bus, didn’t leave until 9pm when departure was scheduled for 6pm
Awesome experience traveling with Greyhound.
The bus driver was extremely rude. I was experiencing some hygiene issues and I needed to change my sanitary napkins but I ran out. We stopped at a stop in Turlock right in front of a gas station and he was extremely rude and was refusing to let me off the bus to buy sanitary napkins. I understand we have a strict schedule to stick to but in certain cases where it comes down to situations we cannot control especially health I find it very disturbing that he made me feel like it was an inconvenience to be a woman. It was even more inconvenient because I bleed more when I travel so I was uncomfortable for the last half of my ride home back to Sacramento!
for this prise was fine)
Great over all
The bus did not have working WiFi or outlets. This was a very big issue as a lot of people needed to charge their phones and could not. The WiFi did not work either which made it really hard to do anything on a device
The bathroom in the bus is too smelly we cannot sleep.
I'm completely dissatisfied and will never ride Greyhound ever again in my life I filed a complaint of discrimination against the driver who kicked me off the bus due to an act of Cruelty discrimination and Prejudice
Delayed. Uncomfortable seats
2nd bus staff was better than 1st
The staff did not allow me to get on the bus since I didn't have the printed ticket. The supervisor of the time did not even try to help me. I lost the ride. Very dissatisfied and won't ever buy ticket from this company.
Everytging was ok
Bus was "full" a.k.a. oversold, I was not allowed on for the trip I had purchased. I had to pay an extra $20 to reschedule to a later bus.
More comfortable chairs and more space for legs! Thank you!
