if expected arrive time is not 7pm. Please don't state that we can arrive at 7pm. I arrived san jose at almost 11pm
Horrible experience, almost every bus was delayed 6 hours due to them not having enough drivers.
Greyhound bus will be always my choice if I travel in the US.
Worst traveling experience ever, will never book again
The bus was stinky.
Amazing service loved it. However few seats near the toilet area were stinking, so would be great if a corrective action could be taken.
Very good but just work on time.
Very bad seating
Huge delay and not much information given
Bus was three hours late on pickup and i missed an important event
the bus was running about 10-15 mins late, and the charger outlet was broken so myself and the passenger next to me could not charge our phones. Other than that, comfortable, smooth journey.
It was good.
The bus I was supposed to take was 4 hours late. I had to wait at the station for that long, and then when a bus became available, there were only 5 spots open for passengers when it got to the station I was at. Very disappointing experience. I don't think I will be taking Greyhound again.
I took a bus from LA to San Jose. It was a transfer bus and the transfer was from fresno. The bus came 1.5 hours late in LA because of which I couldn't catch the transfer bus. So from LA to San Jose I had to do a total journey of 17 hours which is ridiculous.
The bus was 4 hours late. I am still in the bus.
The bus had 2 hours delay And we were unsstisfide.
Wasn't on time, no accurate info and plugs didn't work!
