Bus never showed up at union station. I sent money to get a taxi to go to Greyhound station. Staff were very rude. I lost my important meeting.
Really great experience!!
The bus never came, they leave me there and nobody helped me on the phone. I went to the station and nobody helped me even. I loose one complete day trying to survive
The bus was suppose to leave at 1:30 pm they didn't know or dont want to let people know why the bus was late, end up leaving at 5:00 .
Will never ride greyhound again
Bus should be on-time
I like everything about this trip except that the bus is late. My grandfather needs to stand for almost 45mins in the queue waiting for the bus. It was his choice to stand but yeah, he stood there 45mins.
I never boarded the bus as it was more than 4 hours late. I canceled my trip and was forced to change my flight from SFO toNYC costing me over $300 to change flight from LAX. The delay which was among many was not even announced until after 2:30 pm. To say that I am irate is an understatement. There is no excuse for such a flagrant lack of efficiency. I will never ride on Greyhound bus again and will share my story with anyone planning on taking a Greyhound in the future!
Will never take again. I am sorry I did in the first place.
The staff seems to do their job well.
Absolutely horrible. Will not be returning. All staff I interacted with was extremely rude and arrogant. The bus was 1 hour and 45 minutes late leaving the station. The bus driver and staff did not think the tardiness was an issue and even got mad and gave rude responses when people were asking and wondering why the bus was so late.
Everyone is kind and helpful. They Greyhound is the best transpertation ando the drivers are very good.
The bus arrived 2 and 1/2 hours late. I missed the dinner I was coming to. It wasn't great. Service on greyhound was good. Could've used an update on the delay more than just the one where they said it's late and you'll get there sometime.
Delayed 1.5 hours. Payed extra for early bus. At the end left almost the same time as I was avoiding.
The bus's AC belt broke half way through the ride, Making the trip last an hour and thirty minutes longer due to repairs. That was the only issue though, seeing as how it was handled in a somewhat timely manner and the staff were very professional about it.
Huge delays, incredibly inconvenient for a ton of people. I will probably never use Greyhound again as a result
