Staff was rude and condescending, bus was uncomfortable and i will never use this service again.
The first bus arrived on time however after fort launderdale on its way to Orlando it broke down for 5 hours. A replacement bus then came and took us to orlando where we had to get on another bus. That bus then took us to Richmond Virginia and then we were 4 hours too late for our transfer. We then got told we had to wait until 11:50pm for the next bus to Washington DC where I would miss my hostel and have to pay still.
Some staff are very helpful and friendly, others are the opposite, being very abrupt and not open to do what they can to help at times. We were delayed by 5 hours due to an issue with our bus, which meant we missed our transfer and had to sort out own travel from Virginia to Washington as there was no feasible alternative offered to us
Its too late all the time
