It was very comfortable except I bought the ticket online & the date was wrong so i had to pay for another ticket for January 30th NOT January 31st
It's ok bus late.. I'm still happy I'm on my way to my kids
The trip was OK. Communication nonexistent. Could find absolutely nothing about where to get on the bus, if I could park there, what connections are available etc, etc, etc. Had to finish my trip to ultimate destination by taxi. Got the feeling there are several competing companies that mutually destroy the communication
I really like the service, very reliable.
It was a pleasant ride. I did not have to worry about the traffic.
Customer service was great. Unfortunately, the bus was over an hour late and I missed my connection in Toronto.
Every long weekend it's the same..over bookings or no room for extra people
Very easy for a good price
Excellent but no wifi new bus. Sears not the best
The ride was good. WiFi worked...and was appreciated.
The bus broke down on the hwy 400 near 401
The bus was supposed to arrive at/around 8:55 pm. I, along with other people had to stand outside in the very cold and windy blizzarding snow for an hour waiting for this bus, wondering if it was even going to show up. There is no shelter from the wind and cold at the Orillia bus terminal, no system to tell waiting passengers about delays or anything. I was supposed to get to Toronto for 11pm and get home by 11:30/12 as I had to connect to a bus at Union Go bus terminal. Because of the very long and unannounced delay, I did not get home until around 1:30/1:45 in the morning.
will use again... it was ok... bus a little under maintained in terms of cleanliness
Great trip one way, but can't believe how different it can be.
Very helpful when I booked the wrong day they accommodated me satisfied
Best driver yet
Problem in taking the first bus at 10:40 am but second bus was great
Great ride thanks
Although the bus arrived on time at Orillia it was almost 30 minutes late arriving at the Toronto bus terminus.
The bus is always overloaded
Heavy traffic crowded bus ...good driver..but too many coughing and ill people...drinking too..
If the bus had arrived on time my experience would be great. Minor detail :)
The bus was clean and comfortable. However the driver was not friendly and was hard on the brakes. We were also over a half hour late arriving at Yorkdale
You need to expand service in the summer months due to lack of transit I was forced to forfeit a says work in order to catch a bus Sunday morning rather than Sunday evening
The outbound trip was great however on the return, it was quite cramped and during the rainstorm, the bus had spaces which were allowing a lot of rain to fall on me so I got off the bus at the destination soaked.
It was late for 30min
First of all, I did appreciate the fast response and great problem solving for from the customer service team. Nonethelss, it was the worst bust trip I ever had. My trip was from Orillia to Toronto. I bought the ticket from Georgean college. I went to Georgian college( and double checked actual adress that was provided) and the bus was not only 10 minutes late, it totally passed me. I called the customer service , they said I might be at the wrong spot. Me and my friend went up and down the street to see where this "bus shelter" they are claiming to have (the customer service representative didn't know where is was either . Just keep saying how it ll"suppose to look like")long story short, they sent me a cab so I can go and meet the bus at Barrie station. The cab driver picked me up .. but he had NO IDEA where I was suppose to go. I,of course didn't know either, because I was just told 'Barrie station, . So I had to call them again. I arrived at Barrie, the bus driver took a long long time to check my ticket and I finally got home. The only sit that it was left was beside the washroom, which would be fine if it was designed properly. I had to get up everytime someone uses the bathroom. I have been on many many buses . This was the worst trip I ever had. I would never want use this service again..
