The driver was good and the bus was also comfortable
First time using Greyhound. Bus left right on time and arrived a little early. Very satisfied.
The bus broke down in the middle of the high way and it took them 3 hours to manage the situation.
It was overall good. Bus station could have been more clean.
The trip over all was horrible, it was originally scheduled to be a 6 hour trip but eventually turned into almost 12 hours
The bus left late to accommodate a screaming passenger who couldn't show up before the arrival time like everyone else. It also left from the rest stop fifteen minutes late. Finally the driver missed his turn to get into Philadelphia and got lost, getting out twice to ask public bus drivers and police officers for directions, and eventually letting everyone off on a random street corner in Philadelphia and hour after our scheduled arrival time.
The bus was late. The staff did not give us any information. They hustled us back and forth from one line to another. Never informing us of how long. so we stood from 3:30 tp 5:40 when we could have sat, gotten food, used the facilities without high anxiety. THe time schedule constantly changed from 4pm to 5:20 to 5 40 back to 4pm and back to 5:30! The station had a "fast Food" cafe, which a closed down at 3:30. THe attendant said it would open at 4pm, just when the schedule said our bus was arriving at 4pm again. The cafe didn't open up again until 4:20! But I though my bus was arriving. I finally decided to get some food the schedule moved back to 5:34.I ordered my "fast food" at 4:45pm and was told it would take over 10 minutes!. Just when they moved us again to another line and said a new bus was coming! I lost my place in line, finally got my food at 5pm. The bus didnt leave until 5:40!
Plugs and WiFi did not work and the roof leaked on me...
The bus smelled like pee
Bus driver hade me get off in Harrisburg
Bus was cancelled and ended up having to catch another bus. Got to my destination over 3 hours late
One of the worst trips of my life. Never ever using greyhound again.
I ended up getting on an earlier bus which was great for me. The bus, however, was completely full with spring breakers. The driver handled herself well in the Nor-Easter high winds.
Smooth nice ride
Didn't even compensate for the difficult time we went through
I appreciate your services highly thanks
For all is okay
The ride was smooth, the people were quiet (it was a late ride), but the departure from Philadelphia was an hour behind schedule. Was suppose to leave at 8pm but we didn't leave till 9pm. That was a little disappointing.
The WiFi was not working
This was an awful experience
