Comfortable bus, and sensible driving. But factor in traffic in busy periods, which could add over an hour to your expected journey time.
Driving was very safe and the bus left pretty promptly. In terms of comfort there seemed to be problems with all of the seats onboard - mine and my husband’s were permanently reclined and we weren’t able to adjust them at all - not comfortable for a journey that of what turned out to be almost 7 hours. Also the arm rest was broken. The bus was in a much worse condition than a previous trip we had made just two days before.
There was a change of the time of departure and we were never informed. 24 hours prior to departure, received confirmation of the time and when we arrived at the station we asked because we didn´t see any information about our trip and the person who helped us was very rude, as if we were supposed to assume the delay and proceeded to inform us that there was a one hour and a half delay. Our seats were comfortable, but the location of our seats (behind the driver) was not comfortable at all because there was little leg space.

The bus was clean and comfortable. There was some traffic so we arrived late but can’t help that. The driver was kind and helpful when I asked him to make sure I got off at the right stop.
