Do not use this company. I bought a ticket from Rio to Sao Paulo which was supposed to arrive at SP at 6 pm. I had to take a flight at 9 pm. The bus was late and I lost my flight. Now I can't afford a new plane ticket and have to go back to Uruguay by bus. So I also have to miss 2 days at my job. I would like someone to be responsible for this. It was totally not what I expected. Also the seat I bought was different from what it was actually the bus.
There are only two things I'd like the company to improve. One is the jacks in the bus, I couldn't find one to charge my phone, and the Wi-Fi was not working, I took prints of my screen in different hours to show the Wi-Fi wasn't not even turned on, which is pretty bad since I paid for the service and didn't receive it.
An English translation from the driver or written leaflet would be helpful! I could not understand what the driver had announced and had to be very cautious when the coach stopped at a service station in case I was left behind.
