I had a disagreement with the bus driver on the morning of Sunday October 11th he could not find my name on his phone or the bus information system so I had to pay $127.00 extra the cost for travel from Saskatoon to Edmonton than about 10 minutes later he got a phone 📱 call from his manager about the trip a person name john. had canceled this trip back on September 15th i told him the bus driver i don't know him than they found out after another issue after all this it was there mistake problem so they will give me back the money 💰 🤑 💸 i paid $$127.00 that was a bad experience i went through never had a minor problem like that before i thought I would not travel to Edmonton on this bus

Comfortable seats, bus temperature good, poor choice of break spots as only nunk food available, dome struts between windows need paddinv inside as cables banging about were very noisy, pick up- drop off times were good, only 1 noisy passenger sharing her life with everyone for 1 hour plus.
