Rider Express Edmonton Vancouver recent customer reviews
All good just a couple hic ups but mostly every one was happy to be traveling vaccinated or not.
Rider Express needs to enforce proper covid protocols and be more prepared when poor weather conditions are to be expected. It's winter, this should not be something new to consider. Staff also need to check their attitude.
The first driver was not very helpful, and gave us no safety information, (emergency exits and the like), the second driver, from Calgary to Abbotsford) was very personable and informative, and the third from Abbotsford to Vancouver was a very jerky, hard on the brakes driver. Several of us commented on it; we had to brace ourselves regularly. Same bus as the second driver, different driving style completely. The bus seats were quite shallow, so a lot of my leg was not on the seat. I'm a 5'8" woman.
