Greyhound Toronto Atlanta recent customer reviews
It is not about the Bus. My strong complain is about the Customer service. They take the Money and they are not available to respond all Day and the next Day. They kept wasting our time, by transferred us from one to another and they disconnected the line.
Staff was great! A passenger was annoying and making me uncomfortable but your company isn’t at fault for that.
I enjoyed the ride up to Cincinnati. Long delay when we reached Nashville and was asked to take another bus because scheduled bus was overbooked.
