The bus broke down just outside of Buffalo and took three hours extra to get to Philadelphia. I missed my connecting bus from New York to Philadelphia. I realize it's beyond the drivers control but it made me late for an appointment
Good value. Not the most comfortable but good enough.
The bus from Scranton to Philadelphia went in the wrong direction for half an hour and turned onto a one way street in the wrong direction. The driver also left the luggage compartment door open while driving, was extremely unhelpful when we were delayed for about two hours with broken windshield wipers, and tried to make a turn in a Mercedes-Benz dealership, damaging two cars and running over a tree.
Bus driver in the states was rude to an elderly couple that did not speak english well. When he was aaking them to move seats he said "police" he would call. Very rude and uncalled for.
Staff behavior was not (one) satisfied
The bus from Port Authority to Philly was "delayed until further notice". There was no explanation given, no attempt made to rectify the situation. This is the last time I am ever, EVER taking Greyhound.
It was uncoordinated and trash...
Customer representatives should have more knowledge, eg: trip delays, transfers, border crossing, etc.)
There is no wifi on the bus...
