Very upset. I was over an hour late due to being forced to switch between 3 different coaches when I was supposed to only stay on 1 coach. The driver smashed the windscreen whilst driving and had to swap to a different coach. I have bad PTSD from previous car crashes and I was really scared and started crying. I felt really uncomfortable. I have never complained about anything from national Express, and I'm a very loyal customer. But today the service I recieved was absolutely disgraceful and I am now in 2 mins weather or not to use national express services ever again. I feel very let down, very shaken, very scared and more then anything very let down by the national express staff.
