Traumatic journey for us as a family. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. We felt targeted as a group of Indian people with fear mongering and the driver imposing ridiculous demands asking us not to even drink water on a 9 hour journey with young children and elderly. The breaks stated never happened. Not enough time to get lunch so we were starving. Driver targeted us for even having a simple conversation. Another passenger had been eating in the bus and the driver did nothing. Instead he threatened to kick us off the bus. All in all an awful experience laced with racism. Will never do it again.
The signage at the Longueil Metro station for the bus was very poor, and the door we should stand at for the bus was poorly (or not, I couldn’t find it) indicated
There was just a lack of communication. We stopped at many places without being advised why. Also, in Albany, everyone wanted to go use the bathroom and buy lunch because we were hungry, but we were told to stay and wait on the bus. I did not mind as much, but some others weren’t happy about ut
Oh my God fist time I have a good driver oh yes he’s good if I can find him all the time I’m Travel to Montreal or New York I will be happy to have him as my driver
The WiFi is often unreliable. This time I couldn’t connect to it. The bus was very old. It was falling apart around the windows. At least there was no draft and the outlets were working. (On my way to Canada all outlets were dead. It was trailways, but the bus was a Greyhound bus).
We booked a direct bus, but at a layover everyone had to exit the bus in the middle of the night and wait half an over before we could go in the bus again.
Bus was dirty when we boarded, dirty tissues were thrown on seat and floor with drinks on floor. The charger on seat was faulty, the door for luggages also faulty and not closed properly till our luggages were wet due to water flipping in due to door issue. Wifi on bua also useless.
Our bus was overbooked, we couldn't climb on it and we had to wait 2 hours for the next. Then our bus was out of service 10 minutes after the departure and no communication from the driver or the company...
Greyhound cancelled the bus and have not refunded the amount charged. Rebooked for next night. We had to take alternate means to reach NY. Still issue is unresolved. Very disappointed. Will write to better business bureau and media outlets.
It's not the first time that my bus scheduled at 11:15 am did not leave on time. I got to New York almost 3 hours later than I should have. Wasted my time
Nice seats. But WiFi didn’t work. Bus was 3 hrs late and bus drive was rude and had a terrible attitude. That was the worst part she didn’t want to answer any questions and was very mean
