Bus Tickets from Toronto to Western University

When I asked if the van was going to London, the driver didn’t answer me and said that a lot of the buses at the airport go to London. The driver also made everyone load and unload their luggage, talked the entire trip and did not put out the step when entering or exiting the bus which almost caused me to trip.

The bus was 40 minutes late picking passengers up at the airport. Otherwise it was fine.

Amazing. My driver waited for me because my flight was a little late. Was very nice of him and he was a good driver.

Megabus left early and was on a separate floor than I was aware of. Thank god for flixbus they allowed me on theirs and I got to London on time

The driver for May 4, 2025 715 pm trip was very pleasant. He took time explaining the bus' features, before leaving, apologized for the delay at the start and end of the trip, offered to let him know how else he can make our trip more comfortable -- amazing!

Bad; bus was cancelled I didn’t receive any notification. I had to go in-person and sort everything out myself

Kudos to our bus driver this morning for calling the attention of one passenger using her phone on loud speaker. The bus and the toilet was clean. I just hope that they could improve on the wifi connection though.

It was my first time using New York Trailways. I was going from Toronto to London Ontario. And this was the best trip. The seats are very comfortable. And I had a space for my legs to feel free. There was a working restroom, which is a big plus. I can't say anything about Wi-Fi, because I didn't use it. I was listening to music. And I want to add that the driver was also excellent. He helped me with my luggage. His attitude was positive. I enjoyed it a lot. Thanks for such a good trip

Ran Late but that was a traffic issue not a driver issue. Air conditioning was acting up. As a result the temp wasn't the best.

Our bus broke down in the middle of our trip. Had to wait for 2 hours before another bus came to convey us to our destination. Not a pleasant experience for a first timer

It was late but I received a notification about that. I didn't have a specific seat which said "any seat" But when more people got up in mississauga we have to move because they had specific seat The bus smells really bad like dirty

why the bus need to stoop at the middle of the trip for 15 mins (most of people sitted inside and waiting for driver) at the resting area?

Bus was delayed with notice. But then was even further delayed without any notice.

Most incredible bus service I've been on. Everyone cares: there's an attendant that serves water and the atmosphere was very friendly. They truly care about customer service and it reminded me of when service matter. I will always recommend Red Arrow to anyone travelling by bus.

Everything was wonderful. The ladies ( the driver and the assistant) were very nice.

I didn’t enjoy my trip at all. Onex bus was delayed 1 hour and 40 minutes. The bus that came wasn’t in a good condition. I am not going to use this company again.

I didn't appreciate having the trip canceled at the last minute that left me scrambling for an alternative that ended up costing me approx double my original trip.

The bus cancelled on us and never notified us so we waited in the cold for an hour on Christmas Day missing Christmas dinner with our family

Needs easier ways to communicate and receive information. Too much guessing with the service to be provided.

My trip with OurBus was from Toronto (Front and York) to London, Ontario, with the final stop at the VIA Rail train station. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the bus did not stop at my intended destination, Western University behind Elgin Hall. I had planned my trip based on the location I booked, and this change caused significant inconvenience. I believe it's important for services like OurBus to maintain consistency with their stops, especially when passengers plan their trips based on the schedule and route they book. This experience was not acceptable.

I’m afraid there wasn’t a lot I was happy about. The driver was on his phone, the vehicle was old and has to go in the slow lane with hazards on as it was so slow.

Our experience was shockingly inadequate. After an international flight from Madrid we had anticipated the final homeward bus ride to be the least complex part of the trip. Told to be at terminal 1, pillar P4 15 minutes before our 5:05 p.m. bus - we followed instructions. By 5:30 there was no sign of the bus, so I checked messages and at 5:40 received one indicating the bus would be there by 5:35! There was no further communication from the company - nor did our bus ever arrive. At 6:45p.m. (Having waited outside in the cold for 2 hours) an alternative company also heading for London, Ontario was able to take us on board (at $40 each) and we arrived at our destination.

Bus did not show up. Or did not park where shown in the ticket. Had to book another bus casing a further two hours delay.

Really good travel experience, Felt luxurious because of the smaller bus that was more comfortable than a coach. The driver was on time, a great driver, and very courteous. The trip was quick and on time. Will definitely travel with them again!

Loved the price but didn’t care for the length of time, far longer than anticipated to the point my ride could not wait and had to leave so I had to call a taxi to get me to my residence

First I want to say thank for the service. Driver was on time and respectful, focus on his journey so we got home safe. It was a good experience, and this service Is highly recommended.
