Bus Tickets from Pearson Toronto Airport (YYZ) to Western University

We had to change bus on Hamilton, without any explanation. Also the driver didn't drive comfortably, and said that he would drop us off at Elgin Hall - Western University, but he drop us off at somewhere on Western University.

Punctual , efficient. Only downside was that seat numbers were not properly labeled

This was by far the worst bus trip I’ve ever had. From the moment I boarded until we arrived, there was a strong sewage smell throughout the entire bus. It was unbearable. Many passengers had to cover their noses and mouths because of the odour. There was no FlixBus logo on the bus, there was no Wi-Fi, and the charging outlets were terrible. The charger wouldn’t stay plugged in unless I held it in place the whole time. I had booked seat 20B, but the bus only went up to row 15. I was told to sit next to the washroom instead, which made the already unbearable smell even worse. Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant experience and definitely the worst bus journey I’ve ever had.

Bus was not comfortable. It was a repainted Robert Q van. The seats did not recline. The driver was on his phone when driving on the 401. No option to recharge my phone. Pick up was 1:15 mins late and no text to tell me.

Ride was fine but the bus was 30 minutes late and didn’t drop off at the noted destination

On time, excellent service, with such a price price ,to find and book with in less than an hour before departure is amazing

Tired popped and had to wait an hour and a half inside the bus on the side of the road

Delayed. There was no WiFi. No sanitizer in the toilet. Though the driver was good.

The driver arrived on time, vehicle was clean, driver was very polite and providing necessary information as required. The only thing I would appreciate to have Wi-Fi connection.

It was a very smooth ride and Paula (I believe was her name, I was half asleep) was very courteous and friendly. The ride was very relaxing.

Very clean, new vehicle. The ride was quick and smooth. I appreciated the real time updates on location and timing. Would definitely recommend.

Driver did not arrive by 8:25 so I went to ask about the whereabouts. Drop off point was NOT what was provided. I had to cross a huge intersection at 10:30pm. When driver opened the door, my suitcase fell out and items inside were broken. He did not apologize for bag dropping as it was his mismanagement of the bags to cause the fall.

1 hour and twenty minutes late and uncomfortable sitting in the middle of the backseat.

Unfortunately, I didn't ride the bus that evening. My airplane was late, and I missed the bus by a couple of minutes. Apparently, I lost the money too.
