Bus Tickets from George, ZA to Cape Town

We loved the experience of traveling with fellow South Africans all colour's the comraderie was great. We took the bus in George and it was a hour late. We got to the first stop In Mossel Bay and they waited an hour and 20min for a passenger. The door of the bus would not open. Had to get someone to fix. Arrived in Capetown 2.5 hours late.

The drive was smooth and we got there safely. However, the bus was so poorly managed. Filthy rows and seats covered in garbage. The minute we stepped onto the bus it was hot, humid, and smelled awful. There are no windows and I guess the aircon was not working properly??? Then, if we weren't already close enough to gagging, someone changed their baby's diaper on the seat behind us, even though we had been stopped at a petrol station for more than 20 minutes... Worst bus experience of my life. Intercape has gone to sh...

The mainliner supposed to be taken was not available,instead mainliner was changed to budgetliner,which came 2 hours late.Although the journey was quite uncomfortable being a budgetliner ,but budgetliner covered an hour of the travelling time which was appreciable.

Awesome Drive. Felt safe all the time. Bus was a bit late but the driver made up his time and arrived on time at our destination without speeding or being reckless.

Didn’t enjoy how so close the sits were.

The safety of my luggage and the way the driver was driving was good.

Compagnie intercity is no coming no bus we stay22.to 1 hour and we take another billet to another bus compagnie we pay and thé taxi in cape town we pay for nothing we arrived à 9h30 I am vers bad.One man help me for fini another bus

The bus was supposed to departure at 10 but it didn't and there was no communication,I ended up booking a bus with intercity after waiting for APM bus for 3 hours

The bus did not even arrive, I tried calling APM offices and call centre but didn’t go through their numbers were all not available I doubt if they working. Even now I still haven’t received feedback but I payed for my ticket.

The bus was 5 hours late and I didn't get any response from the customer service.

The bus was late by 2hours. And they didn't send any notifications about it. Instead I had to go through a very hard search for their whatsapp number so they can tell me where the bus is via booking number. Overall experience very bad. Almost got late for my flight because of delays in the bus.

I did not enjoy anything. Bus arrived 2 hours late full. Lack of ventilation made me sick. Never again

The bus driver's attitudes were just amazing. I felt safe and welcomed. I usually use Eagle Liner and I have met these bus drivers before. Really amazing, kind, decent and helpful people. The heat was the biggest problem, it was unbearably hot. They should maintain a standard temperature. The bus was more than 2 hours late.

The flight was more than 2 hours late. Customer care lied to me when I called. I left the station before the bus arrived fearing for my safety.

The bus was late, and have to use my own money for me to reach Capetown cause we got stuck in Worcester

Good traveling with them, the bus was overloaded that caused an uncomfortable experience

My Journey was horrible,it was overloaded such that my small daughter of 5 years was instructed to seat on the steps of the bus yet I had paid a full ticket for her.The drivers were very rude ,they even insulted me teaming up with two ladies who were sitting right infront I guess they were their girlfriends.

Everything went well with the trip and we arrived on time at our destination. will definitely be using their services again
