The drive was smooth and we got there safely. However, the bus was so poorly managed. Filthy rows and seats covered in garbage. The minute we stepped onto the bus it was hot, humid, and smelled awful. There are no windows and I guess the aircon was not working properly??? Then, if we weren't already close enough to gagging, someone changed their baby's diaper on the seat behind us, even though we had been stopped at a petrol station for more than 20 minutes... The mainliner supposed to be taken was not available,instead mainliner was changed to budgetliner,which came 2 hours late.Although the journey was quite uncomfortable being a budgetliner ,but budgetliner covered an hour of the travelling time which was appreciable.

The bus was late by 2hours. And they didn't send any notifications about it. Instead I had to go through a very hard search for their whatsapp number so they can tell me where the bus is via booking number. Overall experience very bad. Almost got late for my flight because of delays in the bus.

Bus very(3hours) late without one word of communication. Somebody made a mess of the toilet on the bus and it stayed that way for the last half of the trip with numerous stops, with no care taken of cleanup. It was a stinky drive. Will never make use of this service again. Worse than pathetic
