It was very bad……I didn’t enjoy my first with intercity xpress because I booked the bus for the 24 of April 2025 at 13:05 pm from Harrismith to Pietermaritzburg but the didn’t arrived I called for assist and they said im in the wrong location but my ticket t says another location. I left there at 5:00 all my plans was cancelled because of there carelessness.
