The bus arrived only after 18:00 at destination and was supposed to be 16:15 which is totally unacceptable and when I inquired they driver couldn't give an explanation. There where also children running up an down the isle which was disturbing and most of all dangerous.

I hated the part that we had to get off at Durban to wait for another bus. Then the other bus was very cold. The second driver was very friendly and the bus was very warm.
