Once again another 2hr 30min delay with communication 1hr 25min after initial time of leaving which was 6pm
Firstly, our trip was delayed by 1hr 40mins..we were on the bus at 18:00 but it only departures at 19:40..we only made it to our destination 3 hours later than the said arrival time due to the driver missing a stop and having to turn back.. It was an evening trip, we couldn't rest because the reading lights stayed on and kept flickering causing headaches.. Our seats were literally loose so every few minutes we had to get up and push them back into place as they were sliding off.. It was a nightmare, especially since travelling with kids.
The service could be improved at various levels. Starting with the staff particularly the driver. He was obnoxious and short-tempered with the passengers. Secondly, your bus intercom must be activated and passengers must be advised where and what location the bus is as it travels. At various stops, the driver must ascertain that all passengers are onboard before driving off. A pure greeting and send off of boarding and disembarking passengers creates a nice South African ubuntu twist. Some passengers are from other countries and must be shown South African hospitality.

There was something wrong with that bus from the start. Obviously it needed maintenance as it lost speed, couldn't get up hills and we had warning lights on dashboard that kept on going off.
It unhygienic, unrealistically late three hours to be exact. Honestly the last time I’ll ever use the service
Disappointed having to stand for more than an hour .Are the buses not serviced to be told about mechanical error while waiting for a bus. It is frustrating for us senior citizens it is not good for our health
