2 hour 10 min trip became an 5 hour 14 min trip , we sat in bus no one came to use informing us why we not leaving
The driver were sitting sleeping in his seat the hostess were who know where
Later i claimed out and ask why we not leaving and got an comment the bus are broken
I asked how long the driver just look at me like i am crazy
Later i asked another person from inter ape whats going on and he said they sending an bus from Pretoria to come replace this one but he do not know how long
Later an Bakie pulled up and jumped the bus so the battery was flat and the bus could not start
Most properly because the driver did not switch of the lights and were sleeping in his seat.
Very disappointing trip will never use inter cape again or suggest it to any one i know.

To start off with, the bus had no lower step, the driver said it broke off. This almost made it impossible for me, a physically challenged person to get on board. This was the case with a few elderly people as well. Even though i had done everything online, I was still forced to stand in a que to get my ticket printed. My window could not be closed properly...

Terrible experience the bus stank, I was 5 rows from the toilet and it stank all trip long, my seat was also broken, so it was fully reclined back for the whole trip

I enjoyed nothing. The bus didn't even stop at my bus station. They had to drop me off along the way .I feel very traumatized by this experience as it was first time using a bus. I will never travel with a ever again. I would rather use a taxi.
