Bus Tickets from Kokstad to Pretoria

Eliminate there 3 seaters we a uncomfortable shame u can stretch am very short but what a horrible trip

I didn't like the fact that the bus got delayed nevertheless the journey was great

The service is poor from the drivers as well. They don't communicate well. The bus I was in seemed to have a mechanical problem. Sometimes it was a struggle to start the bus. Several times I have been using this bus and I am so not happy with how the operate

I did not enjoy because my ticket wasn’t found in your system and the driver had an attitude

The bus arrived very late by more than 40 minutes the bus was supposed to leave at 19:30 it left at 20:15 and it was very cold n freezing outside.

We left kokstad at 8pm. Got stuck in Pietermaritzburg for about 10 to 11 hours. Right now is 11:40. Still having 4hours to get to Pretoria. I missed an interview after 3years of being unemployed. My heart is very painful😭.

These buses are not reliable at all, they just keep on having break down

I enjoyed everything about the bus it arrived on time, drivers we very helpful and understanding oh i forgot to ask their names

The trip was excellent except that there was no refreshments stop at Villiers on our way back, most of us wanted Toilet especially those who where going to Pretoria.

I guess the buses are all checked before they depart, but was disappointed when it broke down and we stayed for 4 to 5 hours waiting for another one. Quite disappointing.

The bus didn’t come and when we called the office number on the ticket it didn’t go through. Very very very disappointing!!!

I was left behind, I didn't enjoy a things about your bus

All was well up to Mooi river Plaza, bus driver was friendly, bus had a heater. The bus broke and we were moved to another bus that was travelling to Durban. The bus was freezing cold, it didn’t have a heater.

I booked a ticket from kokstad to Pretoria, on that I was told my pick up station would be kokstad 14 hope street at Shell garage at 19h35 around 19h40 we tried to call as we were two at the station as passengers. Other numbers appearing on the ticket weren't going through, but the last number went through and replied welcome to Eldo what what and were advised to hang up and call again, this went on several times. We just saw a bus passing by without entering the filling station. We were then advised by the garage staff that Citiliner busses don't usually get in there. We had to pay R80 each parson for a metre tax to follow the bus to kokstad engen garage (wimpy) when we found it there the driver told us he doesn't understand why the ticket would mention Shell garage because they only pick up at Wimpy

The pickup point was inconvenient. I waited in the pickup point after a long time garage attenders told me bus no longer pickup passengers there and I have to find another transport to take me to the new pickup area. I was angry.
