Bus Tickets from Mthatha to Germiston

I booked for my brother, the experience was soo bad, their clothes where snatched while the bus was going it’s even worse he had new clothes from shein, adidas, sport scene also my sisters Iphone and laptop, I’m soo disappointed my brother isn’t even working we supporting him.

The bus arrived late ,we had to wait in the cold station,then what's even worse inside the bus was cold and very uncomfortable. I was very dessapoint with its unprofessional treatment.

I was supposed to travel with Eagle Liner but they changed it to InterCity and I was supposed to depart from Mthatha station at 14:30 but departed at 16:40 .And the bus had a problem at Escourt at 03:00am today so they came with Eagle Liner now at 8:50am so I haven't arrived yet we are at Tugela Tall Gate now.

The bus did not arrive nor advise that it wouldn't. Their phones go unanswered or to voicemail

I booked a bus for 15:10 but i was updated past four that the bus will be late. Can Apm company please improve on communicating with it's clients about the delays on time and also the bus that was sent we suffered from cold air conditioner, the driver didn't switch it off so we were freezing

Free space to sleep

The arrival time was wrong bcz they sad on the ticket the bus will arrive at 0245 in the morning but it only arrived at 7 instead

I have enjoyed the trip, but it was cold in the bus

My only issue is with changing ports, the bus should indicate if they do not have charging ports

Using the bus was a horrible experience. Firstly the boarding address on the ticket was wrong and the call Centre was not helpful. Then we waited for a driver for 4 hours in Queenstown. The. The bus broke down outside of Aliwal North and the driver (Mr Busi) was not assisted by his bosses at all. He called endlessly until his battery died. He tried getting us onto busses that passed by just so we can atleast get to Bloemfontein

Everything was fine except for staying in Queenstown for 5hours.

There was only one drive for the trip 2 he played loud music from mthatha to germiston. When I asked him to turn the music down he said he didn't want to sleep

They need to improve on the hygiene side. Fumigate it to kill the roaches and ensure that the air conditioner's temperature are regulated well
