I have enjoyed the trip, but it was cold in the bus

I booked for my brother, the experience was soo bad, their clothes where snatched while the bus was going it’s even worse he had new clothes from shein, adidas, sport scene also my sisters Iphone and laptop, I’m soo disappointed my brother isn’t even working we supporting him.
The bus arrived late ,we had to wait in the cold station,then what's even worse inside the bus was cold and very uncomfortable. I was very dessapoint with its unprofessional treatment.
I was supposed to travel with Eagle Liner but they changed it to InterCity and I was supposed to depart from Mthatha station at 14:30 but departed at 16:40 .And the bus had a problem at Escourt at 03:00am today so they came with Eagle Liner now at 8:50am so I haven't arrived yet we are at Tugela Tall Gate now.
