Yey very smart and professional and I even asked the driver to pull over in order to get my food from my colleagues and they advise me to tell my colleagues to stop where there's a bus stop and they did and when we get there I quickly jumped out and grab my food and continue with our journey, Best service ever. I got the bus in Umtata scheduled for 28th September 2026 12h25 AM the bus arrived at 01h50 AM. It was scheduled to arrive in Gqeberha at 08h50, I arrived, 10h50. It is affordable but definitely not reliable. The worst part is the passenger who had clearly requested assistance from the to be reminded when he has to get off because they are unfamiliar with the destination, the bus passed with the passenger and the passeger was dropped in the middle of no-where to hitch-hike back to the intended destination. Part of why people take a bus is for security and safety and for myself waiting for a midnight bus and only for it to arrive 2AM and for the passanger who was dropped by the side of the road, security and safety were compromised. On both occassion there was no communication. If I was notified that the bust was 2hours late I could have waited in a more secured place and go to the pick-up point close to the time. in the case of the other passenger_ I feel like drivers did not pay attention to detail.

Nothing to enjoy, the bus was changed from Eagle liner to Xpress bus. 1. It came late at 15:10, when boarded, there were no seats available, had to get out. They suggested accommodation, which I asked who is paying for transport to the accommodation, dinner and lunch, they could not answer so we declined that service. City to City came, and water from the Aircon was dripping down as we were sleeping. Worse thing is not communicating that they'll be late, or any problems that could be experienced. I don't know how many times I called😭😭😭
