Bus Tickets from Mthatha to Port Elizabeth

I’m not happy because the bus was supposed to arrive in Gqeberha at 20:00 but it arrived at 21:30

I loved that it arrived on time to pick us up and hated that we did not arrive on time, we were an hour late and made a lot of stops there's even a time where we stopped for an hour

Bus was on time and the driver was super professional and friendly. I arrived at my destination close to the time that was stated on the ticket, which was very impressive and convenient. Definitely using Intercape for my next trip again.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Intercity Xpress I had the worst experience ever with Intercity Xpress! The bus was almost 2 hours late, and there was absolutely no communication or updates provided. The waiting offices closed at 17h00, despite knowing that passengers coming from far places would need to wait for buses departing as late as 10:45 PM. This shows a complete lack of care for customer safety, especially since the area is known to be unsafe. You’re risking people's lives with such neglect! To make matters worse, the bus had a terrible smell, like urine, due to the unmaintained toilet. Something as simple as an air freshener (which costs just R20!) could have made a difference. The service was appalling and far below acceptable standards. Intercity Xpress needs to take customer care and service quality seriously

My 19yr old was left crying yesterday rhe 26 Nov by Intercity because youve canceled her ticker with no reason or communication with me.

My pick up and drop off point did not correspond with my ticket and I had to get my own luggage resulting in me taking the wrong bag. My ETA was 20:50 we arrived at past 22:00.

First time traveling with eagle liner and was disappointment as we waited for 3 hours in East London because bus didn't have permit😔. Can this be avoided in future.

the driver was a great driver i didnt like that we left at 3 but we were suppose to leave at 12

It was 3 hours late as compared to being 2 hours in my first experience. So I am indifferent

Driver was professional, he drove safely not over speeding. I didn't like that the bus arrived later at bus stopped as it was written that it will arrived at 23:25 but arrived after 00:00

I only enjoyed drivers service😭otherwise from mthatha the bus was supposed to arrive at 10:55pm and it arrived at 03:13 am I was already tired.

bus was clean, I enjoyed phone charger port , drivers speed was good, toilets were not clean,

Everything was just horrible. The drivers were doing as they please. They deliberately delayed us, and when we called them out they gave a nasty attitude.
