Bus Tickets from Pretoria to Port Elizabeth

I had to endure being made wet by water,although there was no rain, from Johannesburg to Kroonstad

The seats were very comfortable and quite enough leg room. The only issue was the air conditioning the bus was boiling hot that we even opened the smaller windows at a later stage we had to open the top ones ( emergency exit). Drivers were very professional and kind, even checked if all passengers are back from a break stop

My experience was fine but can your company work on non payers that are allowed by your drivers because they inconvenience paying customers..this always happen for the past two years now

Firstly as it was my first time using your service.I was impressed more especially having to travel with Intercity Express, which I was notified in time. Time management was perfect ,friendly operators and drivers. Surely I will prefer using your service on my return back to Witbank via Pretoria from PE.

First they put me on the wrong bus, i had to change busses in jhb and did not have a good seat. On the bus i sat in a row close to the toilet and you can smell the urine most of the trip, they need to have chemicals in the toilet, and when we went through rain it was raining in at my window. It was the worst trip i had so far.

There was no air conditioner for hot air, the driver opened his window the whole journey. It was cold. The headrest sheets were not clean. The bus seats are not comfortable.

The bus was on time Clean and comfortable seats Working charging ports Working air conditioner

I enjoyed how it was comfortable on that seats and the bu arrived at the destination at time

Booking its hassle free and much appreciated but the arriving time is so different from the ticket.My scheduled arriving time from Pretoria departing at 17h30 was supposed to be 09h30 but ended up to be 12h48.Am so fed up and disappointed .

Bus was 3 hrs late. Had many unecessary stops. Some people got given the wrong bus. . other bus was stuck they don't service their buses. But the drivers were nice .

I enjoyed NOTHING. I could not charge my phone at the outlets, the toilet was disgusting and the drivers made no announcements at stops and almost left me behind!

Our trip was poorly planned, the driver got lost we reached our destination 2 hours later

Besides being behind schedule due to traffic,I had a very pleasant trip with greyhound.They'll surely be first to consider for my next trip.

The bus was more than an hour late , other than that the service was nice. The bus drivers were nice too.
