Slight made as I called customer service twice to see if the bus from jasper to Edmonton was coming which it didn’t and I ended up driving down the mountain with my cousin
Air conditioning on the bus did not work! Need to fix. Made the trip quite uncomfortable. Bus was rather rough riding. So with the heat the trip was somewhat nauseating. Driver was pleasant but was unable to correct the situation.
Had a great experience riding the coach. It was a little late but it was because of a late passenger so not the fault of the driver. The driver was so friendly and helpful and the bus was well maintained and clean.
It was fine, bus got hot af at times and kinda chilly at times. I sat at the back maybe that changes things though. There weren't any bathrooms or outlets on the bus, for a 5 hour ride ?? Seems weird in the 21st century when you're paying $100 but whatever. There was a stop about halfway through tho. Overall it's fine, I'd do it again cause I have to, not cause I really want to.
Fantastic Driver. Implemented amazing safety measures and was flexible and helpful with my final destination in Jasper. Hands down will book with Sundog again!
Norm is super nice and fun! He perfectly gave us an introduction along the way in Jasper to show us the unique nature here since he knew some people on the bus are new. The drive was smooth and comfortable. Appreciating his kindness! Highly recommended!
The bus driver was what made the trip so amazing he is an incredibly friendly soul. The bus did arrive 30 min but it was due to road conditions. I don’t mind it took a while because the driver was just taking safety precautions. Definitely going to be taking this bus and fingers crossed I get the same gentleman!
I was impressed that the driver went to some trouble to wait and find a passenger who had gone to wrong pick up point. I like that in a world where we sre often so inflexible. The bus driver also dropped me at the door of my hotel in Jasper. I will recommend Sundog. Regards Dympna
When I booked online, it was not clear that I could book a bus from West Edmonton Mall. There were many options that listed a trip from Hotel Macdonald to all the hotels in Jasper but there were none from WEM. I would have preferred leaving from there as it was closer to where I was and would have saved me time. I guess, I didnt scroll down far enough to find them. It would be nice to be able to select the departure point and arrival point independently (at the top if the webpage).
I booked using a mobile device.
The driver was so nice to me and helped me along since I didn't have a phone and it was my first time in jasper. The wifi on the bus is awesome , I just had to re login a few times. Safe travels everyone
According to your directions I arrived 45 mins early for 7am departure but the office did not open until 6.45am! The driver saved the experience..he was very service oriented and made the trip pleasant because of his interest in his customers' needs and destinations . The 5 stars are for him.
