Not worth the 86.73 I paid for it such a shame but the lady at the front desk was amazing an extremely helpful wish all of there employees were as great as her
Wel attempts were to communicate with head office regarding the situation that needed immediate attention to I was severely treated badly when my and my concerns were not taken seriously and was treated disrespectfully not taken seriously so while being a part of the fort McMurray migrating employee in the oil and gas industry I will be telling my fellow workers in lunchrooms and to avoid the unacommitating servers of cold shot bussing service's for traveling to ft McMurray
It was the first time I have used this service and I found that the staff need to be more active with the passengers and more friendly not one person on the staff from bus driver to the group in the bus terminal said good morning or could give anyone an answer to there questions, we where all left to find out things on our own. So on this experience would I recommend cold shot! No I would not, will I use Cold shot again definitely not!
The trip was fine. However, the bus driver should consider closing the door at the various stops. With the weather being so cold it was uncomfortable at times.
1st time taking Cold Shot. Pleasant Experience. The lady at the Edmonton Cold Shot was very nice and pleasant to deal with. Explained everything to me on what to expect for
My first trip.
Red arrow was good first time I have rode it but dum isn’t like being suspected of doing or having drugs and was asked if they searched me that they wouldn’t find anything all because the driver got a smell of it and he only asked me
The bus was so filled-up that I began to feel so stuffy. During this Covid time, I think it shouldn’t be that way for the safety of people who boarded the bus
After waiting for the bus for 40min to leave Edmonton, the bus driver stopped twice to call dispatch to see if he had to keep going. The entire bus was upset and yelling and I was very uncomfortable. The passengers needed to get to work and the driver's concern was only about himself. He couldn't stop saying how long he would have to drive for in order to get back to Edmonton. His driving was erratic and unsafe. He wouldn't stop for a passenger to use the bathroom as he was trying to make up time for having stopped twice already. We also got stuck in Redwater at the Tim Horton's and 10 of the passengers on board had to get out and push. It was very evident this driver does not know how to drive in winter conditions.
Staff were very good. The situation I found myself caught in for my first ride ever has convinced me I will never ride in their ridiculous short bus again
I never taken a bus back to fort mcmurray before , but it was a great trip Felt safe ride was super thanks to the driver and I would do it again, 2 thumbs up Ebus
I am a frequent traveller to Fortmac from Edmonton and mostly I take red arrow for it's good service but I am sorry to say that my yesterday trip was very unpleasent and uncomfortable. There was a guy sitting behind talking loud throughout out the bus to Fortmac using abusive languages, not wearing his mask properly which kind of very scary for me and other passengers as well. The bus driver told him many times to put his mask on and not to talk loud or abusive language but he still continued with that, I really think that strict action could have taken to stop him. Pease and kindly do inquiry about it and find out the details. The bus was from Edmonton to Fortmac @5.30pm June 1st. I am very disspointed with the service this time.
The ticket is very misleading. I had to wait for 3 hours in the terminal just so I could get into the bus that I am supposed to be in. It was a great service but information and ticket info are very misleading
It’s convenient but a little bit pricy. We’re on pandemic and most of people’s job affected but still fare is too high, hope a little bit changes of the fare rate.
I love the idea of a "red eye" service into Ft Mac. Getting in intime for work. Driving was safe throughout but the bus waa overcrowded, considering the need for personal space in light of the pandemic. The passenger immediately infront of me was practically in my lap, with only a partially reclined seat! Heating thought the bay was lacking. It waa a miserably cold ride. Apart from those issues, everything waa just fine.
