Bus Tickets from Red Deer to Calgary International Airport (YYC)

The bus was over half an hour late,and parked by international arrivals. I was almost late for my flight. The driver was on the shoulder of the road several times..

Bus was on time instructions of where to board it was very helpful and I had comfortable a comfortable journey to my destination. Thanks

Was economical and on time. For a one hour trip that is what was most important.

Everything was good except the surprise that I wouldn’t be dropped at the airport but that I would be dropped at a different spot and then taken my shuttle to the airport. I was fortunate to have a bit of extra time at the airport but if I hadn’t had a bit of extra time, I would have missed my flight. Didn’t love the surprise when I got on the bus.

It was wonderful and impressive, but my wife didn’t trip, only me and my son, what can I do about that money? May I use Monday instead of that

The trip was all good. The driver have always informed us where we were heading, which stop first and which one follows. I also noticed that the trip from Red deer to Calgary (Panatella station) Rider express provides airport ahuttle and that's really very convenient for those heading to the airport. Well done to Rider Express.

The bus was 30 minutes late. They did however contact me earlier to inform me the bus would be late by 15 minutes. I appreciate they took the time to contact me however the service was late.

The ride was enjoyable, there was an attendant while loading the bus that insisted passengers were assigned seats. It’s kind of annoying that there were only four people on the whole bus. I would have liked to sit closer to the front.

Twas our very first time to take the bus to yyc and quite enjoyed it, on time and safe.

The bus pick up and arrival times were right on schedule. The driver was very friendly

We waited at the spot we were told to at the Tim Hortons on 77th St. .The bus was supposed to arrive at 5:45. No bus -at 6:20 a bus arrived -by that time we were wondering what we were going to do because there was no one to phone and see if there was a delay on our bus. We had a flight to catch at the Calgary airport and it was very distressing to the three of us I think when there is a delay like that, there should be a number that we can call and find out what the delay is. Also not having a place to wait while your bus is arriving is very inconvenient. Standing outside in the parking lot of a Tim Hortons is not very nice. Would I take your bus again -no The driver was polite and a good driver.

There was no update on the late arrival of the bus eventually we found a number to call and was informed that it was still on its way… being almost an hour late they then wanted me to load our own suitcases in the under storage area which then had a knock on effect at the time it arrived at the airport being it should of arrived at 19.10 … it then dropped us at the local departures which when I eventually got to my international departure area they had closed the gate and would not let me drop my bag, so I then had to put my bag in a secure bag drop area for my daughter to collect within 24 hours for me to run to my gate this was the worst bus company I have ever booked with and I have booked every time with red arrow and eBus I will never book with Canada bus again.

The bus driver was very helpful and kind. However I would like to have had a seat with a foot rest. At my age (78) I need to elevate my legs as much as possible and the front seat he gave me had none. I had a seat with a foot rest booked with my ticket but I did not get it. A small thing that would have made my trip so much better.

I was disappointed that it was a van. I was expecting a coach bus like all my other trips have been, I mentioned I was surprised and mentioned it to the driver but got no answer. I believe he was in training and the trainer did not say anything to me either. It was dead quiet ,a very uncomfortable situation.

Very comfortable shuttle. Very punctual and accurate driver.

They never showed up. Waited a hour b4 they were suposed to depart and after and no bus showed up a hour after departure at the time specified. Ended up following another bus and bought another ticket for 40$ to get to calgary.
