I had complications with the worker at the front desk.. perhaps it was a communication barrier. The driver, and everything else about the trip was great afterwards!
This was my third time on bus. Th door was broken and cold air was entering. With - 25 outside it was bad. Also the heat did not work properly. Only bus driver seemed to be warm. The rest of us froze. It was long freezing trip. Even with warm boots and fully dressed for winter I felt very cold. The previous 2 times there was no such problem. I got a cold because of it.
One of the bus forgot to pick us up on a spot and 4 people were waiting outside freezing for 30 mins till we decided to call the office and they told us that the bus already went there. Which is not true because I was there 30 minutes earlier than the said time and the other passengers were there before me.
I will never be using this company again. If I knew what sort of insane trip I was in for I wouldn’t have bought a ticket. The bus driver was going 120-130 KM the entire way on the highway, including construction areas where it’s meant to be 80 km. He constantly was braking hard on the highway from going that fast which is incredibly dangerous and as the trip continued I was fearing for my safety. It was rainy/snowy and foggy during this drive too. I didn’t feel like the bus driver had any concerns, and when two of us asked him to slow down, he argued with me about the bumpiness of the highway roads. This was an awful trip and completely unprofessional for a company saying they care about their business.
I travel to Grand Prairie A.B and Edmonton as my father lives ther and cold shot was a perfect solution but they should tell guest ther is a washroom available before departure cause I think my dad went to pee in back alley but everything was very good
Although bus was late because people messed up on their tickets, we still got to our destination early. Seating is a little crammed but staff was nice.
Bus ride was bumpy, jump on every bump. Roads to Grande prairie are not great either. Especially last 30km from GP. Perhaps bus was empty and i was sitting at the back. Just wasn't happy with ride. Not comfortable.
clean and comfortable bus and very nice staff. just that being seated night next to a complete stranger without any form of physical barrier (not even arm rest) at this time, can be concerning
Good service...especially the driver, very nice and friendly..his driving was so really good ,i felt that we are safe while we are traveling...for me we need a driver like him..keep it up Cold Shot... 2 thumbs up...
Non refundable tickets are a huge rip off to the world and we cant always control what happens. And stealing my money is shaddy business practice!! I will be sure to spread the word!!
I have a medical condition and when I told the driver, he came to talk to me to get more information on what to do if anything should happen. I take certain medication for this condition and explained how it worked and he was fine
Awwsome Awesome Awesome Bus .. lovely driver .. in fact friendly worker. . Thry are happy ro see me back . I love them all.. i can wait to use their service again. They are juat like family. I was comfortable in the bus to rhe extent that i slept while in the bus. kudos
At booking it led me to believe Red Arrow would be our mode of comfortable transportation.
Unfortunately we had a passenger van that was rough riding and very tight seating which made it an uncomfortable 5.5 hour ride. Paid $200 for 3 seats!
The bus left without calling for passengers in the terminal without realizing they left without me even though I had checked in 30 minutes early. I waited for an hour before someone noticed and asked what bus I was waiting for and when I said where too they told me the bus had already left; then proceeded to argue with me when I told them that no one called for grande prairie. Upon realizing they were wrong they called the bus back and got me on it.
