It’s a very relaxing bus ride, it was a little awkward though. One thing I dislike about this one is how there’s no place to put a charger- maybe it works for Samsung but a apple charger won’t work. That’s really my only complaint though, the driving is secure and I always feel safe on the bus
I was glared at threateningly way, by more than 8 passengers that put backpacks on seats next to them so I could not sit next to these young men or women. Some even scowled and shook their heads very slowly side to side and put their legs on their back packs or across the seats. In the Philippines, they charge anyone doing this another ticket. Only one very nice lady from Jamaica allowed me to sit on the entire half empty bus.
The seats were comfortable and I liked the 2:1 arrangement, but there was 0 communication and I was forced to put my purse in the overhead bin. Never on any plane or bus have I been told I couldn't put my purse at my feet/under the seat, I didn't like being separated from my water, snacks, and medication for so long. Apparently the people who got on the bus at the stop before mine were told about a cooler of free snacks at the back and wifi, but my group was never told and we didn't find out until the end. I know it wasn't the driver's fault we were stuck behind an accident on the highway for over an hour, but there were no updates or any communication about what was going on or what towns we were passing through or when our stops were etc.
On-time at a very convenient pick-up at Southgate. The driver was calm and very helpful. The road conditions were perfect for the ride. Traffic was light, and not a lot of unpredictable drivers on the highway.
I was at the station on time, however the exact point off bus was changed without any proper and prior information. This is highly unfortunate and unprofessional.
Seating booking was poor nobody sit in their seats they picked for it was scattered all of under age kids sat with random strangers on the bus all of my kids end up sitting by me because they were scared
It was really nice to be able to call the phone line when the bus was a tad late and talk to a real person instead of just standing there Wondering if I'd been ditched.
They left passengers behind at the kingway stop, and did not check the transit station or inform us they had arrived as the bus had no e bus logo on it, and the e bus company refused to help us or have their driver wait for us at the next stop… they had very poor service that resulted in me missing my bus completely to red deer
Good overall, but some drivers are rude. Before boarding, a driver made us wait in -30 C° 5 minutes before the departure time even though all passengers were present for that stop. Therefore causing delays due to city traffic. On the highway, the driver drove way below the tlspeed limit, understandable since it snowed a few hours before. However, a Red Arrow bus passed the one I boarded.
Ebus is a good city to city bus service, I just had an incompetent driver.
The driver is very professional and took time to help me get on the bus. I just had my spine surgery and require a walker, he offered the first seat without any second thoughts as I do not walk very good
Thanks to the driver
The fate was cheap so I can't really complain the but seats were too tiny for me and I'm a very average height male at only 6 feet tall. Sit properly in my seat, I couldnt have my legs and knees straight because of a weird bar at the back of the seat which dug right into my knees and caused a lot of discomfort. The plastic bar seemed very unnecessary and should be removed from the back of every seat.
While it's good to have competition among carriers, especially at lower price points, organization and hygiene are still high expectations. When the coach arrived late, people were anxious to board, but the driver didn't organize the crowd. The crowd surged around the bus as passengers were trying to disembark and pick up luggage which caused frustration for both sets of passengers. They needed instructions to ensure orderliness (e.g. "Please queue to one side, and allow passengers to disembark and pick up luggage before boarding"). Also, a random passenger was allowed to throw luggage from other passengers into the lower bus storage. He piled luggage on top of others which meant it was not loaded to avoid damage or organized according to stops. Other carriers do this and it goes a long way in showing concern for passenger property and creating a positive experience. When I disembarked at Red Deer, the driver had to dig out my luggage buried beneath heavier pieces. Good thing I didn't have a laptop or anything breakable in it.
The driver today was just friking awsome. Very friendly and very polite. He deserves a pay increase. His attitude tpu can't teach. I will take again because he was just great
I basically, received way better quality than I expected. The whole experience was absolutely positive, pleasant, and nice. The bus driver deserves a good recognition as well because he was super pleasant, and laid back. I totally recommend this bus.
