I basically, received way better quality than I expected. The whole experience was absolutely positive, pleasant, and nice. The bus driver deserves a good recognition as well because he was super pleasant, and laid back. I totally recommend this bus.
Our overall Bus experience was great
Our bus driver was awesome. He was friendly, I felt safe and he was a confident driver
I did think there was going to be a bathroom on the bus. I didn’t see anywhere in the e-mail that said there was or wasn’t.
Ebus did an amazing job but the busses were just a little early than expected, and that sort of concerned me for those who possibly weren't there on time. However when the busses were at their stops they did check the lists for who was supposed to be on what bus, so they did do a good job in that department
The bus was very comfortable, and not too crowded. The driver was a little bit angsty, but she was just doing her job essentially. It just came off a little bit like a bad attitude at first.
I forgot my Samsung phone inside the bus from Edmonton to Red Deer. It could not be retrieved because someone took it and no onboard camera to detect who the person was. This sucks and shows items in the bus is not safe from theft.
I usually ride with cold shot because it’s affordable compared
To the other buses however I was disappointed when the driver missed the exist off the highway for the drop
So much depends on the driver
Cold shot on my way to Edmonton March 4 had a great and helpful driver.
Today the driver got the job done but was indifferent.
I'm older and it's so nice if Im greeted and assured there is help.
This was my first time using Rider Express and I was very satisfied with the experience! The driver was very courteous and the bus was comfy and relaxing.
Overall good service, I wish there was a tracking app so I could see where the bus was that way we waiting would be less painful especially since it was 20 minutes late showing up. I would recommend EBus again but to take it from the downtown location since that seems to be faster.
Clean comfy and lovely drive stress free travel, better than flying , nice to have toilet and free drinks and snacks , will be my regular form of transport from now on .
Overall good. Little late probably due to road conditions as snow fell earlier in day. Temp on bus was little to cold for me. But would take it again. Great option for travel from airport to red deer.
I plan on using this service in the near future again. It was my first trip using them. I'm in the process of asking a friend to join me using this service on my next trip!
I purposely phoned Cold Shot to see where my family should pick me up in Red Deer, because it didn’t say online. I was told the Quality Inn. However, I was dropped off at Flying J!?! The bus driver was no help; he said he didn’t know why I was told the wrong place & didn’t seem to care. So my family was waiting at Quality Inn & I had to call them to come to Flying J. All this in very cold weather!
the bus ride was fine and the driver was very nice. but i’m annoyed with the fact that we had to wait almost 2 hours for a replacement bus on the side of the highway just by nisku. we weren’t even that far out of the city so i’m not sure why it took so long for a replacement bus if dispatch was in edmonton. that was absolutely ridiculous
