Drivers are professional and have love for their customers, but the problem was with the drunk customers that were smoking in the bus and takes long breaks as result we ended up getting delayed unnecessarily

The bus broke in Plettenberg Bay, we were not informed about anything, but had to wait more than h for a new bus to come. the AC in the bus was not working so it was impossible to be in there due to lack of air. It was raining heavily outside, which made the wait really difficult. The bus driver didn't inform us, so at first we thought it would be a normal break.

The bus drive itself was absolutely ok and relaxed, but boarding in Cape Town was really chaotic. No announcement and it was really difficult to figure out which gate my bus is going to drive from. No one seemed to know anything

Bus is affordable but their service is poor,the forgot their tall gate tag and to take a longer route, I arrived 3 hours late on my destination

Nothing. It should be 0 start. They were extremely late, then they drove us for about 3 hours out of the station, to stop and say the bus doesn’t have a permit to go beyond that stop. We must wait for another bus to come get us, and it came after 4 hours of waiting. It was the most shady bus, broken everything. It was speeding like crazy, I got home 9 hours later than expected. The bus service should be removed immediately.

Seats were very close to each other and genuinely uncomfortable. Driver was very good tho and had us on time for where we needed to be.

I did enjoy but when second driver,it was no longer enjoyable the bus was no longer stable

I am a regular client of William Coaches between Cape Town and Jeffreys Bay and their service is normally great, but last night I was a little bit disappointed with two of their drivers.
