This bus company has dropped its standards, it's unacceptable to changed three times in one journey. I arrived at my destination more than 4 hours late that's a horrible service rendered.
The bus was late, however the service given by the drivers was amazing. Big ups to your staff and i wish the two drivers more future at the Intercape community.
Disgusting bus that wasn’t cleaned or serviced. The AC didn’t work, left us waiting for an hour in the middle of summer before we left Cape Town. Long stops were annoying and we broke down an hour out of our destination. Took almost 3 hours for them to organise another bus to take us to where we needed to go.
We were given ElJosa bus which was not pleasant to travel with. The drivers were very rude. When we got to Bellville we had to carry our luggage to the bus. The bus was suppose to leave Cape Town at 7pm it only left at past 9 pm, which made us arrive past 2pm in East London instead of 10:50. I will never recommend the bus to my friends or family.
Ilulabus management have no business in this kind of services they have no regard of customers we we’re supposed to board at 7:00PM but the buss did not show up we spent the hole night and morning waiting with not clue of what was going on I suffered financially because I booked return tickets with inter cape for the 3rd going back to Cape Town and had to pay extra R600 to amend the date for the 4th and all this was not my fault I feel victimised
The service was poor bus left Cape Town late when we arrived in Paarl there was overload , we left Paarl 22:40. In East London we arrived 01:56 on bus ticket we suppose to arrive 09:40
I am very dissappointed due to poor service .We seat outside for 4 hours in the cold weather. I would not recommend the bus to anyone. In Caledon the bus was leaking oil and nearly stall ,until driver was able to stop it .
Eldo coaches have poor communication with their clients because they didn't told us that we are not going to travel with eldo coaches bus they gave us bus that was very cold the bus that did not have heater
I have been on a couple of different busses...firstly no toilet on the bus at all then for a 16hour trip only stopped twice for a 15 min break and the last stop being at 3am and nothing until our destination...I was traveling with 2 children and not having a toilet break for almost 9 hours is not on...well not for anyone really
Anyways that's just me...I have daughter's and it's not like they can just pee around the corner in bush or next to the bus like all males are able to do
I was not satisfied with the trip. The guy at the bus depot scammed me and made me pay for my luggage and i heard i was not suppose to do that. I would love my money refunded
What i can say about ilula bus the service is very poor because nobody inform us what happened there we have to wait for long time no care at all i wont recommend anybody to travell with ilula bus
I thought intercape was discent but yoh! The treatment I got from the staff was so unprofessional and unnecessary they even speak afrikaans knowing exactly that I won’t hear a thing. I wouldn’t recommend this bus to anyone and for me and my family that was the last time we’re using this bus. Very dissatisfied shame.
We were told to get off at Qonce to wait for a Shuttle that only came an hour later and we stood in the cold, also a passenger next me was told her luggage was lost 😞
