Please, put movies while we on the journey. Some of us can't sleep and we get bored.
Your stuff should make sure every passenger paid to be on the bus, before departure, not to make fun of them during the trip and take them out of the bus because they can't see them on their system. They should make sure of that before the bus takes of and they must not make it the passengers fault that they failed to do their work perfectly. I was very disappointed.
It a comfortable bus , friendly staff but we arrived late in Kokstad .
I would recommend Greyhound for long distance trips, any day. It's a great experience for a bus, especially the lower deck.
