The curtains need to be washed and they must fumigate because there's kind of insects or something that I don't know but they have bitten us
We stood for a very long time by the park station waiting for the bus ,even 18h45 passed and the bus arrived at almost 19h30. While the bus arrived, we got in and seat very nice, the bus drivers were very friendly and kind, the bus was very comfort and it also had the toilet to pee.
Terrible service, tickets are over booked my bus was suppose to leave at 18:45 but I only left parkstation at 22:20 on top of that we only arrived in kokstad at 5pm. Nobody helps with loading the luggage as well. Honestly if I could give a zero star rating I would.

The smell of toilets was unbearable and the charging points were not working..So my trip was just terrible
I enjoyed everything during my journey except the charging systems that are not working since I still have to ride the public transport to arrive where I was going to.
Chairs were not adjustable were not comfortable,i couldn't sleep the whole night

It was late I am still at road even now
First the Bus was dirty and had a weird smell.The Driver was not friendly and had no hospitality, when i was in a queue i asked for my suitcase he rudely replied that i don't need one so i must just toss it. when i descended then say i must look for my suitcase with no assistance what so ever...Ontop of that the bus was 1 and half hours late
