Bus from Cofimvaba to Cape Town: Tickets & Schedules

They arrived on time , but they lacked communication , we left Queenstown around past 8 and none of the drivers cared to come and explain to us if the’s an issue with the Bus or whatever and when they stopped in any garage for us to go pee the they ask if Are we all bck from the toilets , they just got into the Bus and go

I did enjoy especial the driver i will loved to travel with him again especially dark one he's very nice.

the trip was good and comfortable,but the bus should improve the scent of the toilets

The bus arrives in time no delays and even in the road no staking everything was okey

I enjoy the trip ,the bus in good condition the drivers were very friendly but the bus organiser in Cofimvaba branch they lady that works there she’s full of her self with no customers service for online clients she is rude and no way of talking

Bus no. 06 left before the departure time. I had to hire a vehicle to drive almost 80KM to catch up with the bus. On arrival, I questioned the driver about the time of departure and was verbally assaulted in response. I took pictures of the people who were swearing at me and it got worse, I got physically assaulted. I called their customer support number and as soon as they had my complaint, they dropped the phone and never picked it up again. The driver threatened that I would not board the bus unless I deleted the pictures. I have never seen such service in my life. The drivers acted like gangsters and victimized me Infront of my 9 year old daughter. I will be taking legal action against them. I have proof and witnesses.

The bus was meant to arrive at 16:15 in my station only to find out it's gonna arrive at 20:15...got disappointed shame

I recommend this bus because I had a very safe travel and the driver did his job very well

Firstly the drivers were friendly and the communication betwee them and the paswengers was excellent. The bus no was 843 and the the time was kept. A huge thanks to them.

The bus delayed for two hours, no communication. I had to ask people to call customer care to find out the bus whereabouts

I enjoyed the service of the Eagle Liner drivers they were very nice and friendly to us and they arrived on time here in Cape Town.

the bus i was schedule to take was delayed by 4 hours without any prior notification or communication, after numerous attempts I was able to contact one of the drivers , only to be informed that an alternative bus has been arrange to take us, which is not Jobela. I was extremely dissatisfied with the level of service

Drivers and Conductors were very friendly, but the interior bus was very bad, some of the seats are broken and radio and screen tv not working and heater or working on high flow.

There was one guy who got drunk and he caused a lot of noise. Bus attendants had to stop the bus in the middle of nowhere and attend to this guy.

Would not mind using it all over again

I booked a ticket with gxaweni and my pick up location was cofimvaba, when I got to cofimvaba they told us that we should get on badela tours and that our bus was waiting for us at komani no problem , but when we got to komani we had to wait another hour for the bus to show up but it didn't instead gxaweni tours brought us a SPRINTER like we were so angry because if we wanted to travel by sprinter then we would have done so but we chose and pains or a bus I am very dissatisfied about this .
