Bus Tickets from Cofimvaba to Cape Town

Very dissatisfying, bus delayed with 4 hours and when it finally came it was very dirty and it broke down again and we had to wait 2 hours for it to be fixed, I mean i booked an early bus so I could be early at work but we haven't even arrived in Cape town this time imagine.

the bus drivers were rude and wanted to fight with passengers, the driving was horrible almost crashed a few times. the heater/ air conditioner was not set appropriately it was either too cold or too hot, and the driver did not care. it was 2 hours late but in the message alert it said 45 min

Horrible the bus was late not just late extremely late no explanation for example sending an SMS to explain secondly it was very cold there was no heater air conditioner was on the whole night

I didn’t enjoy anything firstly the bus was supposed to Departure at Cofimvaba by 16:00 but it only arrived at Cofimvaba by 18:00

The drivers made everyone to pay their language even the small hand bag I had to pay R20 for it. Surprisingly people that were taken in Queenstown didn't pay anything

There’s absolutely nothing I enjoyed about their service. 1. The bus was supposed to Depart from Cofimvaba to Cape Town @ 03:00pm but the bus arrived after 09:00pm for us to depart so we waited for 6 hours . 2 . Drivers did not even apologise for that . 3. The bus was overloaded, I was seated on the mattress for all the hours traveling but I paid full amount . APM DO BETTER

I recommend this bus because I had a very safe travel and the driver did his job very well

It was a terrible journey bus got delayed for more than 4 hours without any communication

It was quite a horrible trip by Eagleliner bus. About 20 minutes from the departure point (Cofimvaba), the bus broke down and we had to wait for another bus. Came another bus after 30+ minutes of waiting in the middle of nowhere and the second bus was very hot, aircons and charging ports were all not working. Very disappointed.

Bus no. 06 left before the departure time. I had to hire a vehicle to drive almost 80KM to catch up with the bus. On arrival, I questioned the driver about the time of departure and was verbally assaulted in response. I took pictures of the people who were swearing at me and it got worse, I got physically assaulted. I called their customer support number and as soon as they had my complaint, they dropped the phone and never picked it up again. The driver threatened that I would not board the bus unless I deleted the pictures. I have never seen such service in my life. The drivers acted like gangsters and victimized me Infront of my 9 year old daughter. I will be taking legal action against them. I have proof and witnesses.

The bus arrived early, there was no delays. I am not happy about the air conditioning. It was very hot.

The is not on a good condition

I booked a ticket with gxaweni and my pick up location was cofimvaba, when I got to cofimvaba they told us that we should get on badela tours and that our bus was waiting for us at komani no problem , but when we got to komani we had to wait another hour for the bus to show up but it didn't instead gxaweni tours brought us a SPRINTER like we were so angry because if we wanted to travel by sprinter then we would have done so but we chose and pains or a bus I am very dissatisfied about this .

the bus i was schedule to take was delayed by 4 hours without any prior notification or communication, after numerous attempts I was able to contact one of the drivers , only to be informed that an alternative bus has been arrange to take us, which is not Jobela. I was extremely dissatisfied with the level of service

Drivers and Conductors were very friendly, but the interior bus was very bad, some of the seats are broken and radio and screen tv not working and heater or working on high flow.

There was one guy who got drunk and he caused a lot of noise. Bus attendants had to stop the bus in the middle of nowhere and attend to this guy.

Would not mind using it all over again
