I am very disappointed the bus never came to my location in heidelberg to pick me up and i cant get hold of anyone at the companies. So i never made to cape town and i was suppose to be there for a nee job. I want my money refunded and that is it and wont use that service again

First the bus was 2 hours late and on arrival at our destination I learnt that someone had been scratching in my bags and my toiletry bag is missing. I will never recommend anybody to travel with your bus.

Worst ever. Bus never came. Waited lady alone since 1am until 8am. Continiously called and whatsapp. They cannot get hold of driver. Paid R500 to get to cape town via another service
