Bus from Stutterheim to Cape Town: Tickets & Timetables

Enjoyed nothing. Bus was late, it was extremely cold. And felt unsafe and drivers were negotiating overload. It’s a miracle we didn’t freeze to death

ILula bus never arrived at the departure point, and my mom and 4 kids had to sleep on the streets because there is no shelter where she was supposed to wait for the bus. This a disappointment and neglect to passengers.

Bus was on time, it was fast, we arrived on time- the driver was friendly - bus was up to standard in terms of the condition- as it is also very affordable

My experience with APMWC was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I rated them 1 star because of the absolute lack of communication and professionalism throughout the entire journey. The bus arrived a staggering 5 hours late at the designated stop, which caused significant inconvenience, especially considering the lack of any updates or notification from the company about the delay. There was no proactive communication about the status of the bus or any alternative arrangements. To make matters worse, when I attempted to reach out to their customer service for information, I either couldn't get through at all, or if the phone was answered, it was with an unprofessional attitude. I found it quite shocking that the staff would respond in such a manner, considering how important clear and courteous communication is in such situations. What I enjoyed about the journey, if I could find anything positive, was the potential of the service — I had initially looked forward to a smooth, comfortable ride, but this expectation was completely shattered due to the severe delays and lack of communication. I understand that things can go wrong, but the complete absence of any effort to keep customers informed or offer any apologies left a lasting negative impression. In summary, my experience with APMWC was deeply disappointing. Timeliness and customer service are crucial, and unfortunately, they failed on both fronts. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their communication and response time in the future, as it is clear that customer satisfaction is not currently their priority.

Bus driver last night from Stutterheim to Cape Town was drunk. Left people at Stutterheim. My cousin and others Had to go to police station at 9m where they were taken to Queenstown. Bus left Queenstown at 00:45, supposely 5:30pm bus. A whole 7 hours delay. Oohw yeah it was also overloaded. Such a disaster yerrrr.

It was terrible, the bus was late and it came as tourliner and I was not informed. The driver was a bit rude

The bus was dirty and the toilet was smelly the ticket says by shell garage and they standing by Engen garage I had to find the bus in king William town

I haven't been in a bus journey for a very long time, more than a decade, I must say Big Sky is the best.Friendly drivers, constantly checks if everyone has boarded back after a quick refreshment stop. Was impressive indeed.

I was not impressed at all. The drivers didn’t even give us a chance to go to the toilet. From Stutterheim we only stopped twice at Queenstown and in Beaufort West. Then we arrived in Cape Town.
